How to succeed in Business.

- A Bias which favors Marketing; Image over Quality of Goods.

- another Bias which favors hiring staff to be of Lessor Quality's in intelligence as well as lessor in status to the Boss.

__These Bias's are consistent over a long period of time.


__To be successfull in Business:
1. - use the Strategy of, "Quality of Goods" anywhere East of the Rocky Mountains.
2. - Hire staff based on intelligence anywhere in North America. (even if they
are smarter than you).
3. - Do your Homework.
....If you live within the rocky Mountains or Quantico, Virginia; Pay attention to both your teachers, and the man with the Gun.

If your Sales are based on Beauty. Choose Someone from outside the Dominant White Male Culture too make the Beauty Hire decisions; This will avoid the successive divorce Problem from distracting you from your Business plan.

You may ask the question. Since these Bias's are consistent; How do i know if i should abide by the Bias or not?
